Maggie’s Centre, Edinburgh

Through the Autumn and Winter of 2018/2019 we carried out some soft landscaping work at Maggies Edinburgh as part of an extension to the Centre including clearance, earthworks, soil improvement and planting.  The garden had been designed by Maggies supporter Emma Keswick with most plants supplied by Binny Plants. We planted herbaceous plants, shrubs, trees and pleached beech hedging in the new garden including two trees gifted by the Botanics.

Thanks to Janet Thomas of New Leaf Gardens and the Centre’s volunteers for looking after the plants which have all taken well and it is looking lovely!

Hopefully this is a calm and peaceful space for all of the visitors to the centre.
