Newington Garden
The centre piece of this garden is an impressive glasshouse from Hartley Botanic around which the design is based.
Carolyn Grohmann of Secret Gardens asked us to build her design which includes new patios and paths, gravel areas, a small wildlife pond and a natural stone ‘dwarf’ wall for the new glasshouse.
The main focus of the garden is fruit and vegetable production and ornamental plants, so raised beds were built, post and wire systems for fruit trees and bushes were constructed and beds were improved and planted up.
Now that the plants have enjoyed some growth the garden is looking beautiful. The glasshouse is perfectly balanced with the surrounding trees and plants.
